My paintings are rooted in a love of nature, humanity, and strong sense of social justice. My paintings tend to tell a story, usually something I’m deeply moved by. I like to include historical references along with mythological and spiritual inferences. Mystery and actuality, kindness and cruelty, freedom and oppression, these tensions intrigue me.
